Delete your account

You can delete your RFPG account and everything in it at any time. You do not need a reason, and you do not need to ask us first.

In the app — the quickest way

  1. Open RFPG and go to Account.
  2. Tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. It happens immediately.

By email — if you have already uninstalled

Email us from the address you signed up with, so we know it is you. Nothing else is needed — no form, no account number.

We action these within 30 days, and normally within two working days.

What gets deleted

✕Your name, email address and phone number
✕Your sign-in tokens
✕Every property you scanned
✕The walkthrough video and every photo you uploaded
✕The estimates, valuations and reports built from them
This cannot be undone. Your scans, your video and your reports are removed from our servers. If you want to keep a report, download the PDF before you delete the account.

What we have to keep, and why

Records of any payment. If you bought a report, UK tax law requires us to keep the accounting record for six years. That is the transaction — date, amount, invoice — not your scans or your property.

Anonymous accuracy figures. We keep measurement-accuracy statistics with every identifying detail already stripped out. They cannot be linked back to you, your account or your address.
