Affiliate programme terms

The short version

You earn on subscriptions your referrals take out — not on one-off reports.
Commission is held for 30 days while the customer can still get a refund.
Paid quarterly, once you have at least £50.
Refunds and chargebacks are taken back off future payouts.
You must say you earn a commission whenever you post your link.
You must never say anything about finance, lending or investment returns.

That summary is here to be useful, not to replace the rest. Where the two differ, the full terms below apply.

1. Who this agreement is with

The programme is operated by Reley Fast Software Ltd, company number 16002149, registered in England and Wales, which trades as RFPG (Reley Fast Property Guru). In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person or business accepted onto the programme.

This is not a contract of employment, a partnership, a franchise or an agency. You are independent, you decide how and where you promote us, and nothing here entitles you to act or speak on our behalf.

2. Joining

Anyone may apply. We approve every application by hand and we can decline one without giving a reason, though we will normally tell you why. Your link is not live until we approve it.

You must be at least 18 and give us accurate details. If any of them change — particularly where you promote us — tell us.

Miss the ambassador content requirement in any month and we may move you to the affiliate rate and its 12-month cap. We will tell you before we do.

Your rate is fixed when you are approved. If we change the published rates later, that applies to people joining after the change — not to you. We will not reduce your rate during the life of this agreement.

4. What earns commission

Subscriptions earn. When someone you referred pays a monthly subscription, you earn your rate on what they actually pay us.
One-off purchases do not earn. Single reports, deal packs and research credit packs are recorded against you but pay no commission.
Upgrades earn, within 90 days. If someone buys a one-off report and then takes out a subscription within 90 days of that purchase, the subscription earns for you as normal.
The first click wins. If someone opens your link and later opens another affiliate's, the referral stays yours. A referral is attached to an account once and is not moved afterwards.
There is a 90-day window. The person must create their account within 90 days of clicking your link.
You cannot refer yourself. Accounts you control, or that belong to your household or your own business, earn nothing. This is enforced automatically.

Commission is calculated on the amount we actually receive, after any discount and after payment-processing fees, and does not include VAT or any other tax.

5. When you get paid

Commission is held for 30 days from the payment it relates to. That is the window in which the customer can still get their money back, and we do not pay out inside it.
We pay quarterly, for balances that have cleared the hold and total at least £50. Below that the balance rolls forward — it is not lost.
Payments are made through Stripe Connect. Stripe verifies your identity and holds your bank and tax details. We never see or store your bank details. If Stripe cannot verify you, payouts are blocked until it can — we cannot override that.
You are responsible for your own tax, and for any VAT that applies to you. We are not able to give you tax advice.

6. Refunds, cancellations and clawback

If a customer is refunded, cancels within their refund window, or their bank reverses a payment, the commission for that payment is reversed. Card chargebacks can arrive up to 120 days after a payment, so a reversal can happen after you have been paid.

Where that happens we offset it against your future commission. We will not ask you to send money back, and your balance will not go below zero — the offset simply carries forward until it is cleared. Every reversal is shown on your dashboard with the reason.

7. What you must do

Say that you earn a commission. Every time you post your link publicly, disclose it clearly and near the link itself — "#ad", "affiliate link", or "I earn a commission if you sign up". This is required by UK advertising rules, not just by us. Burying it in a bio or a description is not disclosure.
Describe the product accurately. Only claim what RFPG actually does. Our figures are estimates and decision-support, never a RICS Red Book valuation.
Keep to the law, including consumer protection and data protection law, wherever you promote us.

Never say anything about finance, lending, investment or returns. Do not describe RFPG as regulated or authorised, do not promise or imply any financial return, and do not give or appear to give financial, investment, mortgage or tax advice. Communicating a financial promotion without authorisation is a criminal offence in the UK under section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and it would be your communication, not ours. If you are unsure whether something counts, ask us first.

8. What you must not do

No bidding on our name. Do not buy paid search on "RFPG", "rfpg.ai", "Reley Fast" or close variants, and do not use them in display URLs.
No unsolicited messages. No spam email, no bulk direct messages, no messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
No pretending to be us. Do not register domains, social accounts or app listings that could be mistaken for official RFPG ones, and do not copy our branding beyond the materials we give you.
No coupon, cashback or discount-code sites, and no browser extensions that overwrite referral tracking.
No self-referral, and no incentivised sign-ups — do not pay or reward people to create accounts.
No recruiting other affiliates for a share of their earnings. The programme is a single level. You earn on customers, never on other promoters.

9. Ending it

Either of us can end this agreement at any time, in writing, for any reason. You can stop simply by not using your link.

If you end it, or we end it for an ordinary reason, commission already earned and cleared is still paid at the next quarterly run. If we end it because of a serious breach of section 7 or 8 — fraud, self-referral, impersonation, or an unlawful financial promotion — we may withhold unpaid commission connected to that breach. We will tell you what we are withholding and why.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects what you earn or what you must do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect. Your existing commission rate is protected as set out in section 3.

11. Liability, data and law

We do not promise any particular level of earnings, traffic or conversion. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the commission payable to you in the twelve months before the claim.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy. We are the data controller for it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
