Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of RFPG (“Reley Fast Property Guru”), provided by Reley Fast Software Ltd, company number 16002149, registered office 14 Ffynnon Caeconna, Portmead, Swansea SA5 5NL, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
The three things that matter most
1. RFPG produces an estimate. It is not a RICS valuation, not a structural survey, and not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
2. You must be 18 or over to use it.
3. Do not rely on it alone for a purchase, a sale or a loan. Instruct a qualified professional.
1. What RFPG does, and what it does not
RFPG takes a walk-round of a property recorded on your phone and produces an itemised refurbishment estimate, a floor plan, valuation context and investment figures.
Room sizes are estimated by software reading your walkthrough video and scaling against objects of known size. There is no laser and no depth scanner. Measurements carry a margin of error, which the report states. Costs are estimates built from published UK rates, not quotations, and no contractor is bound by them.
RFPG will never tell you whether a wall may be removed. That cannot be judged from a video. Always instruct a structural engineer and check whether Building Regulations approval is required.
Nothing RFPG produces is financial, investment, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and it is not a personal recommendation. Reley Fast Software Ltd is a software company. If you are borrowing against a property, buying one, or selling one, instruct a qualified surveyor, solicitor or adviser.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or over. RFPG produces figures used in property and finance decisions, and is not intended for or directed at children.
You may use RFPG for property in England and Wales. Data sources behind the valuation context do not cover Scotland or Northern Ireland, and figures for property elsewhere would be unreliable.
You must have a genuine reason to scan a property — you own it, you are buying it, you are letting it, or you are acting for someone who is.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@rfpn.net if you think someone else has access.
You can delete your account at any time from the delete your account page. Deletion removes your scans, photos and reports. What we keep afterwards, and for how long, is in the Privacy Policy.
4. What you film
You are responsible for the content you capture. In particular:
- Do not film people without their agreement, and avoid filming them at all where you can.
- Do not film a property you have no right to be in or to record.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
You keep ownership of what you capture. You give us permission to store and process it so we can produce your report, and to keep it while your account exists. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Fees
Where a charge applies, the price shown is the price you pay. Reley Fast Software Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Some features are free during the beta. We may change what is included, and we will say so before a change affects anything you have paid for.
Within the Apple App Store and Google Play apps, the full product is included at no charge and nothing is sold in the app.
6. Cancelling
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital service under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
A report is produced immediately when you ask for one. By asking us to build it you agree to us starting straight away, and you accept that once a report has been produced you lose the right to cancel that report. Anything you have paid for and not used is unaffected.
If a report is not produced — including where RFPG refuses to build one because the walk did not contain enough — you are not charged for it.
7. When RFPG refuses
RFPG will refuse to produce a report rather than produce one it cannot stand behind — for example where a walkthrough is too short, did not fully upload, or covered far less of the property than expected. This is intended behaviour. The app tells you which reason applies, and nothing is charged.
8. Our responsibility to you
We take care to make RFPG accurate and useful, but it produces estimates from an automated reading of a video, and estimates can be wrong.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything here.
Subject to that: we are not liable for a decision you make in reliance on an RFPG output. We do not accept liability for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from a purchase, sale, loan or works decision, where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable to us.
Where we are liable, and to the extent the law allows us to limit it, our total liability to you is capped at the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Availability
We aim to keep RFPG available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. We will not remove a report you have already produced without telling you.
10. Ending it
You may stop using RFPG and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts other users or the service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
11. Our rights
RFPG, its name, its brand and its software belong to Reley Fast Software Ltd. You may use the app and your own reports; you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the software, or use it to build a competing product.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use RFPG after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings where you live.
If something has gone wrong, tell us first: support@rfpn.net or 01792 223100. We would always rather fix it than argue about it.
